The professional me
My 10+ years' career has taken me across France, Luxembourg, Israel and Germany, where I've done all sorts of recruiting for businesses of different sizes and stages.
I enjoy building, scaling and fine-tuning operational processes — as much as solving tough problems through analysis and data. But I get most of my energy from coaching and enabling others so they can be the most efficient and productive version of themselves.

I am also passionate about all things related to tech, design, and creativity. Go check out my Instagram account full of sarcastic illustrations.
Eating (out), cooking great foods, and hosting boardgame nights with friends are things I enjoy doing with my husband and two dogs. Needless to say: 15k steps daily and strength-training help compensate the calories.
When nobody's looking, I can also be found playing zombie video-games or doing my nails. I'm pretty eclectic, I guess…

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, I was laying out the recruiting foundation for a fast-scaling business: setting up and growth-proofing relevant processes, best practices, tools, and metrics - along with building out and nurturing a small, but highly driven team of recruiting experts.
I also partnered closely with C-Level on strategic topics such as company culture & values, employee lifecycle, compensation, benefits, leveling, performance, remote work and geographical expansion. |

After 5 years of recruiting for the world's largest online-retailer, I couldn't resist the temptation of joining a company whose mission is to bring people closer together. I first joined Facebook as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where I was responsible for the recruitment of Senior Software Engineers, Architects and Machine Learning Engineers for a newly created ML Engineering hub. I then pivoted back into a business role as Senior G&A Recruiter (ie. non-tech positions in HR, Recruiting, Finance, Public Policy, Legal, Data Protection, Communications, etc.) across all of Facebook’s EMEA offices, including but not limited to London, Dublin, Paris, Amsterdam, and Berlin. I was also leading recruiting for R4R Hiring roles in Tel Aviv, Israel (which covered HR, Sourcing, Recruiting and Recruitment Projects). |

After years of hiring top executives into Amazon, I decided to join the innovative and fast-moving technical side of the company. For this role, I relocated to Israel to spearhead the complete build-out of two development centers in Tel Aviv and Haifa. My remit then expanded to the full ownership of Amazon's Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence hiring across 5 locations: Berlin & Tübingen (Germany), Barcelona (Spain), and Tel Aviv & Haifa (Israel) My team was responsible for end-to-end recruitment of Software Development Engineers, Technical Product Managers, Applied Scientists and Technical Team Leads or Managers for all of our EU ML and AI efforts.

As an Executive Recruiter at Amazon, I was responsible for end-to-end execution of Director, Vice President and Country Head searches across Europe and Middle-East (Luxembourg, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Turkey, Israel and UAE). My focus was on identifying and engaging with senior-level candidates across a multitude of Amazon businesses: Retail, Marketplace, Kindle, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Amazon Instant Video (AIV), Tech (Liquavista/Lab126/Alexa), and corporate functions. I also very much enjoyed my role as a certified Amazon trainer and "Bar Raiser" - the keeper of Amazon's high hiring bar. |
